Residential Listing Co. (RLC) faced the challenge of modernizing its platform to meet global standards while increasing user engagement and expanding its property listings. We utilized our capabilities in branding, user experience (UX), customer experience (CX), and product innovation to revamp RLC’s portal comprehensively. Our initial step involved a detailed diagnostic assessment of the existing platform to identify areas that needed improvement.
Our branding efforts aimed to refresh RLC’s image, ensuring it resonated with the target audience and stood out in a competitive market. We focused on creating a cohesive and compelling brand identity that would be reflected across all touchpoints.
In terms of UX, we redesigned the portal to provide a seamless and intuitive user experience. The new design incorporated the latest industry standards, making it easier for users to search, view, and list properties. Enhancements included streamlined navigation, improved search functionality, and responsive design for better accessibility on all devices.
Our product innovation strategies included implementing advanced features such as property verification, user reviews, and detailed property information, which increased trust and engagement. We also enhanced the portal’s performance to handle increased traffic and ensure a smooth user experience.
The revamped portal was launched successfully, meeting global standards and significantly improving user engagement. Within one year of the project’s completion, RLC achieved over 300,000 monthly visitors and more than 5,000 properties listed on the platform. These results positioned RLC as one of the biggest real estate listing platforms in KSA.

Ent Talk Co. (ETC) aimed to develop an internal communication tool for large-scale organizations to enhance employee interactions and streamline internal communications. However, ETC faced significant challenges in a competitive market, especially with the simultaneous launch of Meta’s Workplace, a similar product.
