Estate Portal Co. (EPC), India’s largest real estate portal, sought to develop a specialized platform for paying guest (PG) accommodations. The aim was to create a comprehensive and user-friendly service that would cater to the growing demand for PG listings and streamline the search and booking process for users.
We applied our expertise in branding, customer experience (CX), UX, and product innovation to develop the PG platform. The initial phase involved extensive market research and user feedback analysis to understand the needs and preferences of PG seekers and owners.
Our branding efforts focused on creating a distinct identity for the PG platform that aligned with EPC’s overall brand but also stood out in the market. We redesigned the user interface to provide a seamless and intuitive experience, making it easy for users to search, view, and book PG accommodations.

The comprehensive PG platform was successfully developed and launched. The new platform significantly boosted EPC’s market share and user engagement. Daily traffic surged to 30,000, establishing EPC as the No. 1 platform for PG accommodations. User engagement saw a 10%+ increase in blended conversions, and user ratings for PG services consistently exceeded 4.5 stars. Revenue growth was substantial, with over 60,000 listed PG accommodations, including paid listings.
