A pioneering SkillTech company based in the UK, Education Ecosystem Co. (EECo) sought to leverage technology to measure, develop, and enhance future readiness skills across the school ecosystem. EECo lacked a digital presence and had an inconsistent customer experience, which hampered its growth and engagement.


EECo faced multiple critical challenges. The absence of a digital infrastructure limited their ability to interact effectively with customers. Moreover, there was no unified platform to comprehensively measure and enhance student skills, making it difficult to track progress and provide meaningful insights.


We utilized our Customer Journey Excellence framework to assess EECo's existing capabilities comprehensively. The diagnostic phase revealed significant gaps in their digital presence and customer experience, which convinced the company that a full redesign would produce substantial benefits.


The first step was to implement a digital platform. We developed a customer-friendly mobile application to digitize the entire customer journey. This included introducing the EEQ (Education Ecosystem Quotient), an innovative assessment tool to measure students' performance across IQ, EQ, and SQ. This tool gave a comprehensive evaluation of student capabilities and provided actionable insights.


Next, we undertook significant branding and marketing initiatives. EECo was rebranded to reflect its new digital capabilities and focus on future readiness. Targeted marketing campaigns were launched to boost brand awareness and customer engagement, helping to establish EECo as a leader in the SkillTech industry.


Our strategic intervention yielded significant improvements. The new mobile app and standardized processes increased customer satisfaction and engagement. EECo transitioned from having no digital presence to a fully digital platform, enabling better customer interactions and data-driven decisions. The innovative EEQ tool allowed for comprehensive and accurate assessment of students, facilitating improved tracking of progress and performance.


The business impact was substantial. There was a significant increase in the number of students assessed, and the accuracy and efficiency of these assessments improved markedly. EECo's rebranding and marketing efforts strengthened brand recognition and trust among its target audience.
